I need change! I am so sick and tired of being fat and always tired. It is time to get serious with my health. I have tried many times to lose weight and only once did I see a major improvement. I used to work out 4-6 times a week and watched my portions sized. I dropped close to 30 pounds in a matter of 4 or 5 months. Then I broke my ankle and could not work out for almost 2 months or so. Once my doctor cleared me I never restarted my routine. This was quite a few years ago. Now I am ready. I can do this (I think)! Today I got up at 5am and went for a walk then after the kids left for school I did 30 minutes of Cardio (can't remember the last time I sweat like that). So I am going to try my hardest to do Cardio at least 3-4 times a week.
Today's weigh in 218.7 pounds.
